The non-medical treatment has proven to be a reduction of hypertension in the body. Medicines are not the proper solution for any hypertension to get out from the body but instead it develops more stress and laziness in the body that can be a cause of more hypertension. In my point of view, every thing can be achieve if you have consistency in your life. If you are self motivated and you want it to be finished. The non medical treatments are much tougher than medical because you have to make up your mind and settlements before you start acting upon them. For example, losing weight and doing dieting and exercising are very difficult to maintain. Smoking can be other example that people prefer to die rather than stop smoking. So the key factor and the secret is just self motivation. Without self motivation neither the medicines can work nor the non medical treatments. So all in all we can say that it is the patient who wants to cure the disease but not the doctor. Doctor could only advice but the patient has to act upon it.
The first and foremost way is to reduce the stress on your self. Stress is the not only the main cause of hyper tension but it is the problem that causes other symptoms such as obesity, alcohol in take and smoking. There are some medicines that help our body to reduce stress but they can not work separately without the patients efforts as well. People want to get rid of the disease as soon as possible but they do not think that by thinking so, they are taking another stress. So they have to act with patience and learn to control hypertension.
There are five things that a hypertension patient must know about his/her disease but not only the patients every one else living on the earth. This would help in the future to be secure and hypertension free to some extent.
1. You should go for medicine if within five years your level of cardiovascular increases by ten percent or in other five to ten years it becomes twenty percent.
2. The actual treatment should be started when the doctors tell you about the risk but in real life, we do not follow the prescription before we get into it.
3. Your medical treatments have lots of side effects that can lead you to other diseases. so try not to depend on the medicines instead try to be active and more physical.
4. The physical activities and non medical treatments can help you more to recover the stress but all you need is will power and self motivation to stop and remove all the main causes of the hypertension. You should and have to follow good diet and exercise at all cost if you are hypertension patient.
5. Last but not the least thing is we have to over come our stress problem. We have to handle the main cause in order to cure the other symptoms. We can learn it from the centenarians. They have the potential of getting over it.
