Hypertension is one of the silent diseases that do not show us its own existence. Instead, it becomes the cause of the other diseases. And if you are suffering from the hypertension then it is totally impossible that you just have one disease. You would be suffering from others as well such as obesity, stress, high blood pressure, heart attack, diabetes etc. for all these problems I would blame our life style and trend that we set for spending our life.

Using too much of the medicine can not cure the hypertension from your body. It would totally a fiction if we say that medical has its solution. The medicines to cure the hypertension have several side effects. So why not we choose a solution that is more specific and without any side effect. Instead it provides the body health and beauty. As we all know in common, the best solution is good diet and exercise. It is repeated many times that dies and exercise provide good health so we can admit the fact that this is the best cure for hypertension. Yoga is also effective and it is considered as a best cure for releasing the body stress. Your daily work out with your favorite music gives you relaxation. And you feel free. Just sit in a room where you have less light. Play your favorite song, close your eyes and imagine a beautiful place like hillside or landscape. Think you are flying high in the sky or you are talking to the moon and stars. Just imagine yourself on the top of the mountain looking beneath on the clouds and trees. Your imagination can help you to balance your daily works and your stress. You have to encourage yourself and think pleasant. Take everything normal as time has a solution and cure for every thing. So do not plan a lot. Just try to stick to your present and work on it. Manage yourself, your time and your stress. You have all the abilities, you can go beyond your imaginations so do not feel irritation and jealousy. Try to do morning walk and exercise at least for half an hour. And the most important thing that you should manage for yourself is give yourself sometime. Think of yourself. Which things are important to you and what you want to be? Imagine yourself at all good points. Think positive for yourself. This will improve the confidence level in yourself and you would be self motivated. So try to be your self to cure your hypertension.

Spend your good time with your love ones. Tell them how much you care of them and ask them what they think of you. Try to remove your negative points.

In addition to this, try to avoid sugar full drinks as coke, alcohols and packet fruit juices. Drink simple water and in good quantity because sugar thick up the blood and that causes the high blood pressure. It gives you more stress and as a result you come face to face with hypertension.

So try to live for yourself and it is the best solution to over come hypertension.
