We all people living being a part of this generation are aware of the world obesity. The word obesity mean over weighted or a body that has excess of fat all around the body parts. This is the serious cause of many diseases. We came across this new disease by the impact of modern life, where everything is so fast and at our door step. We do not need to struggle for any thing. The over speed life causes the lack of time maintenance and that is why, people stop eating home made foods. The women and men try to eat fast forwardly and that is why they go for a hamburger, or pizza or other delivery options.  These all junk foods are the cause of extra fat in our body. It contains extra oil, extra fats, extra carbohydrates, low fiber and high in cholesterol.

This all diet makes a layer of extra fat on the liver, heart vessels and kidneys and also to the abdominal. And as a result we get no energy, our body increases the mass day by day and we become so lazy. We do not follow good diets and no physical efforts so we get high stress ratio in our body. And we all know that the main cause of hypertension is the stress. So after the effect of obesity and stress, our blood pressure level becomes high and due to thick blood we can have heart attacks as well.

So obesity causes three generic problems in our body, stress, hypertension and obesity itself.

Now we should find a way to overcome on this harsh reality of life. We have to get through the phase of improvement in both the hypertension and its main cause the obesity. But as we all know that when we remove the root, the tree can not grow. so we have to remove the obesity from our bodies and this will help us to lower the hyper tension.

First of all, exercising and walk both are the signs for good health. Maintain a routine of doing the exercise daily. This will help you overcome your stress as well as help you to lose weight faster. Secondly, drinking good amount of water will clear your intestines and kidneys. Try to eat less saturated and sugar free foods. Sugar thickens up your blood and this causes hypertensions so try to avoid the full fat and saturated foods.

You should have a calorie counting diet. You must not eat more than the calories that your body requires. Check your body mass and consult your doctor about the daily consumption of calories suitable to you. This work would proof to be very effective for recovering of obesity as well as hypertension.

Just remember one thing in mind that hypertension has no cure. You really have to reduce it to the minimum level to remain healthy and fit and the physical efforts and a good diet is the key to your success. You have to rely on theses activities to get the results.
